It is not really an easy hunt since these critters live in nearly impossible country. The archer who wants to bag one of these mountain acrobats has to be an expert big game hunter. He also has to be in good physical condition, courageous and... smart! In fact, the only easy part of the bowhunt is when you spot the white coat of a goat hanging high-up on an interminable rock face through your binoculars. Getting close enough to let an arrow fly is another kind of story. But hey, there is no glory without effort! Of course, if you are subject to vertigo, you better choose another kind of prey since you'll certainly have to climb high up in the rocky slopes. Eight day packages from our tent camps in the heart of the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia. You can see the goats directly from your camp site. Hunters must be in good shape. Expect a physical hunt.
